The Ukrainian President, Volodymyr Zelensky, accused "Russian terrorists" of blowing up the Nova Kakhovka dam on the Dnipro River in the partially Russian-occupied Kherson region. The extensive damages at the dam have prompted the evacuation of hundreds of people.
