‘Last-minute hitch’ in crunch fishing negotiations as Irish Minister issues Brexit warning

BORIS Johnson's planned unveiling of a post-Brexit trade deal has been delayed by a "minute hitch", Simon Coveney, Ireland's Foreign Minister has suggested.
