I’ll suspend Parliament to stop MPs preventing Brexit – Esther McVey



CONSERVATIVE leadership hopeful Esther McVey has announced she would be prepared to SUSPEND PARLIAMENT to ensure the UK leaves on October 31 under draconian measures not seen since the English Civil War.
