BAKU must never host a European final again. The absence of Henrikh Mkhitaryan, one of Arsenal’s star players, against Chelsea totally undermined Wednesday night’s Europa League final. Mesut Ozil’s reasons for not turning up are clearly a personal matter but how he was missed.
